How long does shipping take?
Orders placed on Sun-Wed are dispatched next day and generally take 1-3 days for metro areas, orders placed on Thu-Sat will be dispatched on the following Monday.
How are they protected in transit?
Our chocolates are wrapped in a protective bubble wrap and cool pack to ensure safe transportation, even to hot locations.
Where can the chocolates be shipped?
We ship Australia wide, we do not ship overseas.
What is the shelf life of the chocolates?
All of our chocolates have a shelf life of 12 months or more from the date of production. Depending on the item in your pack you would generally have 6-10 months shelf life on most items received. You can stock up now and savour them over the coming months.
How should the chocolates be stored?
The chocolates should be stored in a cool dry place between 16-21 degrees, preferably not in a fridge. If you do not have a cool dry place to store them, you can wrap the chocolate in something air tight before storing in the fridge. Let the chocolates return to room temperature before unwrapping the chocolates.
Are the chocolate gluten free and vegan?
Some of the chocolates in this bundle are gluten free and or vegan, but not all chocolates are. Check the labels on the chocolates once received for which flavours are gluten free and vegan.
