SHIPPING
We deliver Australia wide with standard (flat rate $15) or express postage (flat rate $20) options available at checkout. We recommend Express Shipping to ensure the quality of the product upon arrival is at its peak. Due to the nature of chocolates, we will only ship our goods on Monday-Thursday. Orders will ship 3-5 business days from time of order being placed. We endeavour as much as possible to protect the chocolates from the rigours of transport using strong packaging with appropriate insulation for both movement and temperature however Only Mine is not liable for any damage to the product once it leaves our factory. Orders may be shipped with Australia Post or another courier company depending on the speed of delivery. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched notifying you of who your parcel is being shipped with and the estimated day of delivery. Please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery on the estimated day of delivery. You will be kept up to date with your delivery ETA via email and SMS (if you provide your phone number). Signature will be required upon delivery. Requests for call prior to or upon delivery as well as specific delivery times are unlikely to be fulfilled by Australia Posts delivery drivers. If you are not available at the time of delivery the parcel will be left at the nearest post office for collection. We are not able to redeliver parcels that have been left for collection, or if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
